Deep Creek Lake-- Past, Present and Future Forum will explore the building of the hydro-electric dam and creation of the State Park, a survey of current of challenges facing this 90 year old lake and a vision for the future. Top lake management experts have been invited to participate. This forum is hosted by The Republican Newspaper and Friends of Deep Creek Lake and is underwritten in part of First Energy Corporation, successor to the lake creator PennElec.
