Mike O’Halloran has more than a decade of effective government, lobbying and public affairs experience in Maryland. Prior to establishing O’Halloran Consulting, LLC, Mike was the in-house State Director for the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) in Maryland and Delaware. He continues to represent them today as their sole contract lobbyist bringing the needs of small businesses to the forefront of policymakers in Annapolis in Dover.
