The Grantsville Lions Club is hosting a special Spaghetti Benefit Dinner on January 27th at the Grantsville Fire Department. The Grantsville Lions Club is channeling its efforts to stand by Wyatt Wilkens, who is facing the challenges of a recent cancer diagnosis.
This spaghetti benefit dinner is not only an opportunity to enjoy a delicious meal but, more importantly, a chance for the community to come together and extend their support to one of their own during a challenging time. The Spaghetti Benefit Dinner, taking place from 4 pm to 7 pm, is open to all. The menu for the evening includes spaghetti served with homemade sauce, savory meatballs, and freshly baked garlic bread. Volunteers from the Grantsville Lions Club will be on hand to ensure that every attendee enjoys a delightful dining experience while contributing to a cause that hits close to home.
The Lions have partnered with the National Marrow Donor’s Program who will be on site to test willing donors for genetic matches to Wyatt, should he need Bone Marrow Transplant. This collective effort will not only make the Spaghetti Benefit Dinner a success for the Wilkens family, but will also reinforce the bonds that make Grantsville a tight-knit and supportive community.
